About the Site: RAWCSAV is an online platform that showcases personal coding projects, self-motivated research projects, and various other developed tools or creative endeavors. Throughout development, I handle all aspects - backend architecture with Python/Flask, frontend implementation with all vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and self-hosting/securing any non-static pages.

About RAWCSAV: The name "RAWCSAV" simply started out as a random mix of a long-time online moniker, "RawC[...]", and my hometown, Savannah. Initially, the name was used mindlessly when first landing on a domain name, but it has since proved valuable in both providing some early sense of anonymity and in being a brand/identity to experiment creatively with.

Currently Working On: Exploring Go for its simplicity and concurrency in building scalable network applications. Using Ansible to automate deployment and management across environments, appreciating its simplicity and agentless architecture.

About Me: I'm Gavin. I'm a recent grad from Emory with BAs in Economics and French. I really love the act of learning, especially through experience and hands-on practice. This has extended into programming, amateur design, and this site, as it gives me a place to build, learn, and share.

Other Interests: In addition to programming, I enjoy solving the New York Times crossword puzzles daily. I'm also passionate about writing, especially when it intersects with my academic interests in art history and philosophy.
